8. Miami Ohio Redhawks (2-3, 0-1)

9. Kent State Golden Flashes (2-3, 1-1)

Next: Eastern Michigan (October 10 at 3:30 PM)
12. Ball State Cardinals (1-4, 0-2)
Ball State put up a fight and held a 7-6 lead over Toledo early on, but the Cardinals didn’t have enough firepower as the Rockets eventually pulled away for a 39-24 win.

Next: at Northwestern (October 10 at 12:30 PM)
